Staffing Consultant

Minneapolis, MN

The Staffing Consultant will assist in the recruiting, screening, and hiring for all Indrotec accounts. Staffing consultants will handle a high volume of inbound calls as well as placing outbound calls to qualified candidates. Staffing consultants will assist in various administrative duties for accounts as requested by managers.

Duties

Recruitment:

  • Handle phone calls potential candidates and existing employees and responds to their questions and
  • concerns
  • Ensure that wait time for all calls is minimal
  • Ensure your main focus is providing superior customer service to all candidates, employees and customers
  • Explore new opportunities for recruiting candidates
  • Screen and assess applicants over the phone

 

Screening:

  • Parse and assess resumes to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct and assist with screening process

 

Account Operations:

  • Assist with various account duties such as payroll, badging and employee follow up
  • Offer and confirm qualified candidates for appropriate position
  • Basic PR with employees and clients
  • Visit and learn about accounts and the skills and experience required

 

Employee & Candidate Relations:

  • Always be kind and courteous to applicants and employees!
  • Report any employee complaints or disgruntled employee situations to an Account Manager or Business Group Manager immediately
  • Be able to assist employees and candidates with all situations that may arise (i.e. pay check problems, file changes, requesting days off, complaints, benefit questions, etc.)

  • Demonstrate decision making in the best interest of the company
  • Make yourself approachable and coachable
  • Participate in process development
  • Manage time and priorities effectively

 

 

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant experience
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to work with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
