Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Minneapolis, MN

Humera is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a law firm in Minneapolis. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing support in all aspects of recruiting. This position will work with other talented individuals who share a passion for doing great work in the best interest of the firm's clients.


  • Schedule, coordinate, track and monitor phone, video and in-person interviews across multiple office locations
  • Facilitate, collect and distribute candidate feedback responses after interviews are completed
  • Coordinate new hire orientation itinerary schedules for incoming employees in assigned offices
  • Serve as a back-up to HR Generalist for new hire orientation, including firm information presentations, paperwork and policy acknowledgements
  • Act as on-site liaison to ensure a positive candidate experience for applicable interviews, and provide ongoing communication and support to candidates moving through the recruitment process
  • Assist in writing engaging and effective job postings for open positions, and post positions to internal and external job boards
  • Ensure background and conflict clearances have been completed in accordance with firm policies and procedures
  • Work with candidates to arrange travel, as needed
  • Update and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Manage the Talent Acquisition team inbox
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team in unifying processes across our legacy offices
  • Reconcile financial reports and credit card statements and process temporary staffing invoices
  • Special projects and duties, as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree required; may substitute work experience for degree
  • 2-3 years of administrative experience with a strong interest in the talent acquisition process required; experience working in a recruiting or talent acquisition capacity preferred
  • Solid working knowledge of broad human resources functional areas, including knowledge of federal and applicable state employment laws, or a desire to learn
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook required; Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Internet sourcing methodology preferred
  • Experience using social media with creativity (Linked In, Twitter, etc.)
