Humera is currently looking for Call Center Representatives to make outbound market research interview calls from a call center, located in Bloomington, MN. These representatives are responsible for bringing the voice of the customer into client organizations; helping these companies improve their customer's experiences by conducting market research interviews.

This position starts training on Tuesday, April 30th, and there are only a few spaces available - must be present for full 2-week training class. This is a great opportunity to work an office contract position in a mid-shift schedule: 12pm-8pm Monday through Friday.

Duties

Interview potential respondents by phone (20-25 outbound calls per hour using a list of provided phone numbers)
Accurately record information obtained (verbatim) following a pre-approved script
Interact with business professionals around the US for research needs
Tactfully rebuttal rejection
Provide background information to research participants and obtain their willingness to participate
Be able to meet dials per hour expectations and completion quotas
Navigate through an organization to speak with a variety of titles (from maintenance staff to farmers to doctors and CEOs)

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Minimum 6 months experience in a call center environment highly preferred
MS Office skills
Strong communication skills
Reliable, driven to succeed
Ability to transcribe calls at a minimum of 40 - 49 WPM, preferred
Previous computer experience preferred
Previous sales experience preferred

Schedule

Monday-Friday: 12:00pm -8:00pm
