Sales Support/Project Coordinator

Humera is seeking a Sale Support/Project Coordinator for our client in St. Paul, MN. The individual in this role is responsible for coordinating demonstration case requirements, coordinating exhibit meeting instrumentation for wet labs and live-surgeries, processing and facilitating all donation requests, maintaining the integrity of the following inventories: wet lab, demonstration case, donations, and coordinating special projects as required. This is a contract to hire position.

Duties

Coordinate activities as they relate to Demonstration Case requirements. Maintain and improve processes to ensure the best possible outcomes and service levels for the following:

  • Communicate demo case status at all times
  • Ensure the accuracy of all demo case documentation
  • Ensure the accuracy of all demo case inventories
  • Coordinate all demo case update/change activities
  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of all records
  • Coordinate all activities regarding demo cases to ensure attainable deadlines are conveyed and met
Coordinate activities as they relate to instrumentation requirements for exhibit meetings:
  • Communicate the status of wet labs, live surgeries, and case needs at all times
  • Ensure the accuracy of all wet lab, live surgery, and meeting case documentation
  • Ensure the accuracy of all wet lab, live surgery, and meeting case inventories
  • Coordinate all exhibit meeting instrumentation update/change activities
  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of all records
  • Coordinate all activities regarding instrumentation exhibit meeting requirements to ensure attainable deadlines are conveyed and met
Process and facilitate all Life Program donation requests to ensure all activities are coordinated, completed, and instruments are ready to ship as required:
  • Receive and process donation requests
  • Prepare all required donation forms
  • Coordinate the pulling and packaging of donation instruments
  • Ensure all customer communication are received, archived, and responses are timely
  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of all records
  • Coordinate the processing of all Scholarship & Mentorship Awards
Coordinate/drive activities as they relate to special projects:
  • Develop project time lines using MS project
  • Develop current and future state maps using Visiov
  • Coordinate activities with team members to ensure on time tasks
  • Update processes as required
  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of all records
  • Provide reporting as required
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • 2 Year Degree In Administration preferred
  • 2+ years of experience coordinating cross functional team activities preferred, including managing communication and documents.
  • Inventory Management software experience preferred.
Required:
  • Requires proficiency at an intermediate to advanced skill level using Microsoft Office software
  • Requires proficiency in the use of MS Project and Visio
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
